Disclaimer: Here at yourfutcard we print images you provide us, please make sure you have permission to use the images you send us, we are not liable for any complaint regarding the images, once you have uploaded the image we take that as confirmation that you have permission to use the image.

Refund Policy :

Due to cards being made on demand, we offer no refund and only credit for the site.

If you are unable to provide a picture suitable for printing after we contact you, you will be asked to choose from a real life player, rather than a custom card, we recommend that you take a new photo yourself with your phone and send us that image.

 

Lost items :

We will replace any lost items free of charge, however, if your card is lost because you provided the wrong or an incomplete address we may ask for a fee for postage again.
