Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. Once you place an order our designers have to crop, enhance the image and get it on your card. It is then sent for printing and once printed it is sent back to us and dispatched the same day! We aim for a 5-7 day production time, then it is over to Royal Mail. UK Residents can choose the Fast Track Delivery option at checkout which will see us ship the card within 2 days for £10.
Q. I selected First class 24 hour delivery, will I get it next day?
A. No, first class applies only to the delivery method, all of the steps in the question above still applies to the order. Every order has to be designed, enhanced and printed.
Q: I have chosen express delivery, how long will this take exactly ?
A: Express applies to the shipping, we will use a next day delivery service, if express is selected at checkout, it will take us 1-2 days for design and print, and then ship, total turn around for this item will be around 3-5 working days maximum!
Q. Will my picture be altered?
A. If the image you send us has a background our designers will crop out the person in the image only and apply that to your card professionally.
Q. Are there any discount codes?
A. Our social media will often tweet out discount codes, be sure to follow us @Your_Fut_Card
Q. Can I view my order before it is sent?
A. Yes, please email us and ask for a preview, we can email our design to you.
Q. How are the cards made ?
A. We print directly on to foamex 4mm boards and apply a gloss finish, we are the only company who print directly on to the boards to ensure the best finish and longest life of the cards possible, other companies print onto gloss paper and stick to the board, we do not do this, we do it properly !
Q. What is the difference between foamex and metal cards?
A. We offer an upgrade to metal on all of our A4, A3, A2, and A1 sized cards. The cards are made the same and printed directly onto the board, but onto metal rather than foamex. We are the first company to do this and it creates a much more sturdy and durable card.
Q. Why do you not offer the correct badges for my favorite team.
A. Due to copyright reasons and trademark laws we can not sell or print cards with copyrighted images, we ask that you do not send us any copyrighted images and YOURFUTCARD has the full right to replace these images with our own created versions of the badge. We fully respect copyright and trademark laws and will not adjust this for "extra funds" or any other reason, at all. If you upload a badge, please make sure you have the right/permission to use that image. Thank you.
